Proulx Newsletter 10/31-11/04/2016

Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to week 9 of 37.  Last week students finished their  Island Map projects and Monday, many students will begin their presentations. It has been fun to see students' finished products, and now, we will be able to listen as we are taken on a "tour," of each island.

In Science last week, students generated their Space Project ideas.  This week, they will continue learning about Space, and begin working on their Space Projects at home.  Please remember to reference the Letter from Mrs. Swain <click link, concerning any questions you may have.  The link is also posted on the Proulx homework page, as well on Mr. Riedl's Google Classroom Science page.

Service ProjectHandsOnGreaterPortland Greeting Cards for Meals on Wheels. We also look forward to working with NWCO this year!  We will need much parent help (drivers/chaperones).  Be looking for dates/times, and the volunteer email to be sent in the coming weeks.
