Proulx Newsletter 11/14-18/2016

Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to week 11 of 37. Students have been working diligently in class for the past 10 weeks. This week, they hope to have as much of their missing work, outstanding assignments from absences, and corrections finished, to show what they have learned leading up to Parent Teacher Conferences. It will be fun to see how much they have improved in just a couple of weeks, since Progress Reports went out.  Then, they will have until Christmas break to finish up with term 1 work.

Service Project: Our projection was to begin making greeting cards (<link) for Meals on Wheels last week, however, we will begin this week instead.  Additionally, we also look forward to working with NWCO this year!  We will need much parent help (drivers/chaperones).  Be looking for dates/times, and the volunteer email to be sent in the coming weeks.

Let's fill week 11 with fun and giving of thanks!  We have so much to be grateful for.  It's amazing how many things we come up with when we take time to think and talk about all of our "blessings."
